Bio
Welcome to my Journal. My name is Emily Cowan and I'm a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Business, class 2001. After school I spent about two years in Washington, D.C, working as an intern and then Intern Director for the lovely Cato Institute. D.C. and I did not entirely agree on many things, however, such as housing costs, frigid temperatures, and the snotty attitude of congressmen, so I left it all behind to go teach English in Thailand for a little while.
